I joined up with Brenton at HamiltonFit having been recommended by a friend and because I was starting to train for the Sutton Coldfield triathlon which unfortunately has now been put back to September 2020. Within just a couple of weeks I could see a marked difference in my physique (legs, arms and core) and my overall cardio has improved immensely. Couple with tips on eating habits, training routines and general overall how to be more healthy I feel I have come a long way since I first started in January. No two routines are the same and there is always something different in every session. We moved seamlessly to virtual sessions overnight and the group sessions are just an added bonus. Genuinely great I would recommend Brenton to anybody.
