Frequently asked questions:
Yes. I will be helping you 1-2-1 every step of the way. The group elements to this plan are a bonus for motivation and support. But you will still have access to me too.
Macros no. Calorie counting works for some of my clients to understand foods better for the first few weeks. After this point I help them stay on track without calorie counting.
Other clients get great results with 80/20 dieting and or portion control. Calorie counting IS NOT compulsory.
No. I provide clients with eating tools, recipes, education, and feedback week by week. So, you never need a meal plan again. Meal plans don’t work as they lead to rigidity and don’t allow for eating out and flexibility.
That’s fine. All live content will be recorded, and you’ll be given access to it.
3-5 hours per week. Including workouts, learning nutrition etc. The great thing about this is that this is 3-5 hours around your schedule as it’s inevitable your schedule will change week to week.

Yes. Time zones won’t impact the level of support and tools you receive.
That’s fine. Great results have been achieved with clients who are vegan, pescatarian, gluten-free, vegetarian, lactose intolerant etc. I have meals for all the above and more.
Yes, this programme is designed to create a healthy lifestyle that works for you. And that can include weight loss, weight gain or weight maintenance whilst improving your fitness.
This is monthly rolling. So, you can stop after 1 month and so on. Please give 7 days notice of leaving before your direct debit payment date.
